Chevron (Cleated) Belt — a belt with moulded V or chevron cleats on the cover that grab material on inclines up to about 30 to 40 degrees without rollback. Where a flat belt would let the load slide back, chevrons let a single conveyor climb, cutting transfers and footprint.

Technical overview

A sidewall belt has vertical ribs and cleats so it can lift material steeply or even vertically in a compact footprint.

Match belt grade to material abrasiveness, align and tension correctly, and keep cleaners and training idlers working to reduce wear.
Do you supply belt with matching splices?
Yes. We cut to length and supply vulcanized or mechanical splice kits so the joint matches the belt construction on site.
