Sidewall (Corrugated) Belt — a belt with tall corrugated sidewalls and transverse cleats that carries material vertically or on steep inclines (above 40 degrees) without rollback, replacing skip hoists or bucket elevators in tight plant layouts. The sidewalls contain the load through the whole lift.

A sidewall belt has vertical ribs and cleats so it can lift material steeply or even vertically in a compact footprint.

Yes. We cut to length and supply vulcanized or mechanical splice kits so the joint matches the belt construction on site.
