Wear-Resistant Conveyor Belt — a heavy belt with a high-abrasion-cover compound (DIN X/Y/W) and a multi-ply or steel-cord carcass for hard, sharp, hot burden (ore, clinker, slag, rock). It is what survives primary-crusher discharge and coarse-aggregate duty where a standard belt would be gouged through in weeks.

A sidewall belt has vertical ribs and cleats so it can lift material steeply or even vertically in a compact footprint.
How do I extend belt service life?
Match belt grade to material abrasiveness, align and tension correctly, and keep cleaners and training idlers working to reduce wear.
Do you supply belt with matching splices?
Yes. We cut to length and supply vulcanized or mechanical splice kits so the joint matches the belt construction on site.
