Rubber-Alloy Belt Cleaner (YH-H) — a primary (1st-stage) scraper with a tungsten-alloy blade in a rubber mount at the head pulley. The alloy edge slices through wet, sticky or frozen carryback that a soft blade cannot remove, and resists the impact of hard lumps, so it is the first line of defence on high-adhesion ores, coal wash and cement.

Primary vs secondary cleaner: which do I need?
Use a primary cleaner at the head pulley for bulk carryback, then a secondary cleaner downstream for the fine residual layer.
Which blade material lasts longest?
Polyurethane suits most dry and medium-abrasive ores; tungsten or ceramic-tipped blades are best for very hard, wet and sticky materials.
Can cleaners be retrofitted to an existing conveyor?
Yes. Our cleaners mount to standard stringer widths with adjustable tension and fit most head-pulley arrangements without conveyor modification.
