Conveyor Rain Cover — a cover clamped over the belt line that shields the material from rain, snow and wind. On outdoor conveyors it stops the burden from turning to slurry, blowing away or freezing, keeping the plant running through weather.

How does a pull-cord switch work?
A tensioned cable runs the conveyor length; pulling it anywhere latches the switch and cuts power to the drive through your shutdown logic.
Are these devices explosion-proof?
We offer Ex d and Ex ib rated units for coal, grain and other hazardous areas; specify your zone when ordering.
Can they connect to an existing PLC?
Yes. Our switches output dry contacts or 4-20 mA signals that drop into standard PLC and relay shutdown circuits.
