Idler frames and structures hold the rolls in alignment and transfer belt loads into the foundations. HBXM supplies carrying, return and training frames in galvanized or painted steel, cut and drilled to your belt width and trough angle.
How do I specify a frame for my conveyor?
Give us belt width, trough angle, idler arrangement and stringer spacing; we cut and drill to match so installation is bolt-on.
Are frames supplied pre-assembled?
We can ship loose sets for container savings or pre-welded frames for faster site erection, depending on your logistics.
Galvanized or painted steel?

Frequently asked questions
Can you manufacture to our drawing?
Yes — that is most of what we do. Send a PDF or DWG with material, hole positions and tolerances and we will quote from it, including the welding procedure and surface finish.
What finish do you apply?
Hot-dip galvanising for outdoor and wet duty, epoxy or polyurethane paint for chemical exposure, and plain or primed steel where the customer paints on site.
How do you control hole position?
Frames are jig-welded and drilled from a fixture, so the idler mounting centres stay within tolerance across the whole batch — the usual cause of misalignment is a frame drilled by hand.
