TD75 Carrying Idler — the troughing carrying idler built to the TD75 standard (30-degree trough angle, 89 mm rolls, angle-iron frame) that supports the loaded belt. Technical overview
Idlers are the rotating rollers that support the conveyor belt and the bulk load traveling on it. HBXM idlers cover belt widths up to 2400 mm and trough angles of 20 deg, 35 deg or 45 deg, with multi-labyrinth sealed bearings built for continuous duty in dust, moisture and fine powder.
Why use a self-aligning idler?
A self-aligning idler automatically corrects belt mistracking, reducing edge wear, spillage and unplanned downtime.
What bearing seals does HBXM use?
We use non-contact multi-labyrinth seals that keep grease in and keep dust, water and fine powder out for a long service life.
