Polyurethane Idler Set — idlers with a PU surface that is non-stick, quiet and wear-proof. They suit sticky, wet or corrosive material (coal slurry, fertiliser, salt) where steel idlers foul or rust, and they cut noise in enclosed plants. A material variant that can be built as carrying, return or impact roles.

Technical overview
Idlers are the rotating rollers that support the conveyor belt and the bulk load traveling on it. HBXM idlers cover belt widths up to 2400 mm and trough angles of 20 deg, 35 deg or 45 deg, with multi-labyrinth sealed bearings built for continuous duty in dust, moisture and fine powder.
Why use a self-aligning idler?
A self-aligning idler automatically corrects belt mistracking, reducing edge wear, spillage and unplanned downtime.
What bearing seals does HBXM use?
We use non-contact multi-labyrinth seals that keep grease in and keep dust, water and fine powder out for a long service life.
Can idlers handle high-capacity mining lines?
Yes. Our heavy-duty series is specified for mines, ports and power plants with high belt speeds, large lump sizes and continuous operation.
