Usage
PU Friction Idler — a friction idler with a polyurethane surface: it both follows the belt by friction and resists stick or clog. Used in training and special cleaning rolls where a clean, grippy, non-fouling surface matters more than on a rubber-faced roller.

Technical overview
Idlers are the rotating rollers that support the conveyor belt and the bulk load traveling on it. HBXM idlers cover belt widths up to 2400 mm and trough angles of 20 deg, 35 deg or 45 deg, with multi-labyrinth sealed bearings built for continuous duty in dust, moisture and fine powder.
Why use a self-aligning idler?
A self-aligning idler automatically corrects belt mistracking, reducing edge wear, spillage and unplanned downtime.
